I use HASH SPACE, (when I remember). I prefer to use good old fashioned 1 to 1 person emails only.

Hello,I’m interested in coming on the LH3 Hash on Nov 1st in Oroklini,can I just turn up prior to the start?I’m totaly new to hashing,and running as well for that matter!,but would like to give it a go,

Hi Paul,
Absolutely, head for the top of Oroklini and look for the white signs with LH3 in red; they will direct you to the starting point. Once you are there ask someone to point you towards Hash Cash and she’ll get you signed up.
People will be gathering from about 3.30pm with the run starting at 4.00pm. If you have any trouble finding the start give me a call on 99 290 789, otherwise I’ll see you there.

Hares: Touch Me Nuts, Dai Dags and Sheep Shagger
RV: Near Paramali
Directions: Limassol / Pafos highway @ the Paramali/Episkopi Garrison Exit, just past the tunnel if coming from Limassol and follow the signs to the RV. The RV is no more than 10 minutes from the motorway. The track is car friendly. The location is next to the sea and sheltered from the breeze.
On After: Picnic
Special Instructions: We will be on/near the beach, so swimming after the run.

Here is a list of the Runs on the west side this week.
Thursday 2nd of September, Happy Valley H3, http://www.hvh3.org.uk/
The run this Thursday 2nd September is to be near Paramali and will start at 1630. The Hares this week are Laurie and Mike B
From the east take the Paramali turn off and then right into the village. From the west it is easiest to take the Avdimou turn off. Once at the village follow our signs south to the venue.
We shall be going to the Stonehouse taverna for this month’s meal. Please let me know if you will be joining us there.

Time: 17:00 RV: Near Souni
Directions: Limassol / Paphos highway @ the Erimi Bridge exit towards Kantou / Episkopi / Erimi & follow the AH3 signs to the R.V near to Souni. RV is about 10 kilometers up the Kantou/Souni/Kivides Highway. It will take about 10 minutes, and is mostly salon car friendly.

I’m sure that there will be some faces that you’ll recognise on the PH3 runs. There are some Scarborough hashers out at the same time so we produced a schedule of available runs for them; you might find that useful also.

I will be visiting Limassol during the last week of Aug and would love to hash with the Limassol hash and the Episkopi hash. So, I need some details please!
